
A little about my wellness coaching services…
In addition to the fitness classes I teach, I am a wellness coach; specializing in pre and post natal health. I work with women in a group class setting, one-on-one and/or in a virtual group setting by running virtual monthly bootcamps for moms. My goal is to help hard working mamas carve out a little time every day to learn how to fuel their bodies with nutrients, and work out to honor their bodies – using the magic combination of at-home fitness and nutrition programs, coupled with my daily coaching and accountability. I started these types of virtual groups because I found that many of my clients can’t always get to a gym, so I wanted to be able to provide them with something they could do to either complement what they are currently doing and/or as an alternative for when they get busy with babies, kids, work, husbands, are traveling, etc. I also found that many moms don’t have time or aren’t really even sure where to begin when it comes to fueling their bodies with proper nutrition; whether it be nutrition for breastfeeding, athletic performance, muscle gain, weight loss, increased energy, etc. For one month we commit to moving to honor our bodies, eating clean, and I share daily motivational tips, encouragement, meal prep and planning ideas, and whole, healthy recipes – in addition to providing knowledge about breast feeding, pumping, nutrition for children, and more!
How it works…
Using the combination of at-home fitness programs paired with nutrition and my accountability and coaching services, we spend one month together committing to eating to nourish and moving to flourish – and I check in with you daily through a private app that is easily downloaded to your phone. We will get sweaty, learn about proper nutrition, and I will support, encourage, and motivate you along your journey!
The fitness plan we select especially for you will depend upon YOUR personal health & fitness goals and the time you have to commit (some of these workouts require as little as 25 minutes a day or up to 60 minutes a day). And, as you may have heard, nutrition is key when working towards those goals, so we also commit to drinking Shakeology every day; which is like your salad bar, in a fast shake (you can eat (drink) with one hand, so your other hand can continue doing “mom things”). It’s the whole foods, fast food and a nutritional power house of vitamins and nutrients, and thankfully tastes either like a frappuccino or vanilla, strawberry, or chocolate milkshake. Because I am sensitive to whey protein (a dairy based protein) and because I am still breastfeeding, I drink the vegan formula which is a brown rice, pea, and oat based protein, and it literally has changed my life. I call it the “mom meal” because it has everything in it we need (but never have to time to prepare/cook for ourselves) but nothing we don’t need (no crazy fat burners, no chemicals, no fillers, no processed anything). Shakeology is NOT a “diet,” “protein,” or “body building” shake. It’s an all-natural blend, a perfect alchemy if you will, of vitamins and minerals from the earth, put in a bag – to satisfy hunger, nourish your body, and taste yummy!!! Why do we drink it? Most of of my programs are 30- 60-90 day programs so my goal is to get you started right in the first 4 weeks, and then I set you free on your own. My wellness packages start at $160 and include your entire workout program, your meal planning/nutrition guide, a 30 day supply of Shakeology (which alone is a $130 investment), AND personal coaching by me!
