
Personal training based on your wellness and fitness goals. We book around your schedule! Personal training sessions are 60 minutes of live interaction via FaceTime or Zoom. Minimal equipment needed and packages available. We focus on functional movement and incorporate movement from a range of disciplines including pilates, barre, HIIT, strength training, cardio/endurance, and pre/post-natal.
All personal training inquiries include a complimentary 30 minute consultation to discuss wellness goals and to see if partnership will be a good fit for both parties.
